Find Your Calm

If you do not have a meditation practice right now, get one! It has seriously changed my life. The few minutes I take each day to sit in quiet, shut out the noise, and allow myself to simply be has become something I now do daily without thinking, and look forward to each morning. My mornings look like this: open my eyes, give gratitude, think of 3 things I am proud of myself for, get out of bed, have coffee, do yoga, meditate for 10-15 minutes, read my current book, journal, and for the past month, work on this website:).
